All embroidery and limited-release items must be returned in perfect condition.
To request a return, contact support@drysignal.com with your order number and reason for return — our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.

All drops are released in small, carefully controlled quantities, and once they sell out, they’re rarely restocked.

When will I get my order?
